112-feet tall statue of Lord Shiva 'Adiyogi' enters Guinness World Records
The Guinness Books Of World Records Has Declared 'Adiyogi' Lord Shiva Steel Statue, Which Is 112-feet Tall As The World's Largest Statue. It Is Situated At The Isha Yoga Centre In Coimbatore.
The Guinness Books of World Records has declared 'Adiyogi' Lord Shiva steel statue, which is 112-feet tall as the world's largest statue. It is situated at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore.The world’s largest statue was unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself on February 24, 2017."The 'Adiyogi' is the source of yoga and to create awareness among the people about adiyogi science, this 112 feet tall statue had been consecrated by Prime Minister Modi during February this year," a representative said while speaking about the statue being entered into Guinness Books of World Records.He further added that it took 30 months to design and eight months to erect the statue.
