2G scam: Special court to pronounce verdict date on December 5
The Special Court Had Fixed November 7 As The Next Date Of Hearing And It Is Expected That The Court Would Pronounce The Verdict Date.
A special court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing in three cases in the 2G spectrum, saying that it would decide the date of pronouncement of verdict on December 5.Â

The cases related to 2G scam has been exclusively dealt by Special Judge OP Saini. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) have filed separate cases into the matter.
The agencies have named former telecom minister A. Raja, DMK Rajya Sabha member Kanimozhi and others in its chargesheet. The CBI had alleged that there was a loss of Rs. 30,984 crore in the allocation of 122 licences for 2G spectrum.
On the other hand, the ED had also filed a case against 19 people in April 2014.Â
