The newly elected member of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Dharmendra Koli is likely to be arrested on Tuesday for abusing former MLA's wife in Seemapuri constituency.
He has been Charged with 147, 149 ,285, 354A, 506, 509 at Seemapuri police station.
"A case of molestation has been registered against newly-elected AAP legislator Dharmendra Koli," police said.The wife of Congress leader Veer Singh Dhingan, filed a police complaint against Koli of allegedly molesting her during a rally on Sunday. The Congress leader Dhingan was defeated by Koli in the Seemapuri constituency.Koli is the brother of activist Santosh Koli who was fatally injured in a road accident in August.
