Banks will remain closed for three consecutive days staring from Saturday. While Saturday and Sunday are public holidays, Monday is Eid-al-Fitr.
Twenty-fourth of June is fourth Saturday of the month so banks will remain closed for that. Twenty-fifth is Sunday and will be Bank Holiday.
Twenty-sixth is the festival of Eid-al-fitr so it will be a holiday.
It is therefore advisable for all to do their bank work as facilities like cash withdrawal, cash deposit and draft cannot be done.
However, Banks have said that they will make arrangements for depositing ample amount of cash in ATM’s so that people face less difficulty.
