BSF Troops Has Foiled An Infiltration By A Group Of Four Suspected Terrorists Along The Indo-Pak Border In Samba District Of Jammu And Kashmir, A Senior BSF Officer Said.
BSF troops has foiled an infiltration by a group of four suspected terrorists along the Indo-Pak border in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, a senior BSF officer said.BSF troops deployed at Border Out Post (BoP) along International Border (IB) in Samba sector observed suspicious movement of four persons, in two groups, approaching the IB from Pakistan side around 2200 hours last night, a top BSF officer said tonight.When they reached close to IB at an area where no farming activities take place, the alert troops deployed at forward area fired para bombs and small arms towards the suspicious groups, he said adding BSF, thereby, foiled infiltration attempt of by the terrorists.They ran away to Pakistan side taking advantage of undulating ground and thick vegetation, officer said, adding there were already input of infiltration attempt by terrorists from across the border.
