The CBI Has Reached Sisodia’s Residence To Record His Statement In The Alleged Corruption Case. The Preliminary Enquiry Was Registered Based On A Complaint Filed By The Vigilance Department Of The Delhi Government.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Friday reached Delhi chief minister Manish Sisodia’s resident in connection with alleged irregularities in AAP government’s social media campaign ‘Talk to AK Case’.
The CBI has reached Sisodia’s residence to record his statement in the alleged corruption case. The preliminary enquiry was registered based on a complaint filed by the Vigilance Department of the Delhi government.
The complaint had alleged that a consultant of a well-known public relations company was hired by the Delhi government to promote "Talk to AK" (Talk to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal) campaign and a proposal of Rs 1.5 crore was prepared for this purpose. Reacting on te development, Sacked AAP leader Kapil Mishra wrote on social media that it is the beginning of end of Kejriwal's corruption.
