A train engine derailed on Saturday morning near Siliguri. No immediate reports of casualties came from the incident site.The engine was being operated for hauling coaches of the Chennai-New Jalpaiguri express train and it derailed near Siliguri in the morning.Couple of days back a diesel engine Tiruchirappalli-bound passenger train was derailed while entering the fourth platform at 7.35 AM in Erode.The engine was put back on track within two hours. A sleeper rod was damaged following which no train services operated on the third, second, third and fourth platforms for more than three hours
