Delhi can only see the chair, not the poor, says Modi in Khandwa
Thanking Supporters For Listening To His Speech In The Scorching Heat, Modi Said, On One Side There Are False Promises But On Other Side Is The BJP's Performance Of Development.
BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday addressed a rally in Khandwa, MP.
Thanking supporters for listening to his speech in the scorching heat, Modi said, "On one side there are false promises but on other side is the BJP's performance of development. MP has decided to vote for development. MP has decided that it will not support vote bank politics."
When he asked, "What was condition of MP a decade ago?", people replied by saying, "BANTAADHAR".
"Did you get electricity earlier? Did you get power when people were ill? When you had to study for exams. I congratulate Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The poor of MP can see the development but Delhi cannot. Delhi can only see the chair, not the poor."
Taking a dig at Congress, Modi said, "There is a big intellectual Minister- he said prices have risen because onions are no longer grown in Kutch. Who will tell this Gyaani Minister that there is desert in Kutch. There was no water earlier, forget cultivating onions."
