To celebrate anniversary of demonetisation on November 8, Vasudhara Raje government in Rajasthan planned a gathering in Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Thousands of people will take part in the celebrations and sing national anthem and national song in unison.
The ceremony will be headed by the Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje. Bollywood’s famous music composer Kalyanji Anandji will also take part in the celebrations. They will play patriotic songs on the occasion.
The government in Rajasthan has decided to give the occasion patriotic colour. Jaipur Municipal Corporation has already mandated that national anthem should be sung everyday. Now, almost 50,000 people are expected to sing national anthem and national song at the SMS stadium in Jaipur.
The state BJP unit has directed all district units to celebrate anniversary of Demonetisation. They have also been directed to tell people about benefits of demonetisation.
On the other hand, the Congress has also geared up to spoil the party of BJP by calling demonetisation anniversary a ‘Black Day.’ State Congress chief Sachin Pilot has directed the party to organise ‘Black Day’ on November 8.
Vandemataram ceremony has been celebrated in last 3 years. But, BJP has now decided to celebrate it on demonetisation anniversary.
