Diamond-studded gold ornaments worth Rs 3.19 crore were today seized by Customs officials from two passengers who arrived here from Mumbai.
The ornaments were seized from two men, one from Gujarat and another from Maharashtra, after they arrived here in a flight from Mumbai, Air Intelligence Unit (AIU) Customs officials said.
Since the case involves domestic passengers, it has been handed over to state sales tax department, they added.
