Over 50 Farmers organization will meet and discuss their issues at Gandhi Peace Foundation in Delhi on Saturday. The meeting will begin at 11 AM after which media will be briefed.

Farmer’s protests is being witnessed in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, Karnataka and Telangana for past month. Therefore representatives of 50 farmers organisations are going to hold a meeting to discuss the ongoing Kisan movement in the country. 

In Gujarat, the Congress has threatened that if demands of farmers here are not met soon, they too will begin a statewide agitation.

Congress is having an aggressive approach regarding farmers' issue ahead of state polls.
