In order to help trader organisations and the common people on problems and "misconceptions" related to the Goods and Services Tax (GST), the Delhi BJP on Friday said that it will organise camps.Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwari said Finance Minister Arun Jaitley will address a GST-related meeting at the Talkatora Stadium on July 6.He said the GST will give a new direction to the country's taxation policy and added that after its introduction, people will get better services along with a possible relief in Income Tax rates.Touted as the biggest taxation reform since Independence, GST will unify 16 different taxes including excise, service tax and VAT, and come into effect from July 1.
