Hearing on bail plea of Amin in Sohrabuddin case deferred

The Supreme Court on Friday deferred the hearing on the bail plea of NK Amin, one of the accused in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, for four weeks.
Meanwhile, NK Amin has urged the Supreme Court to dismiss all the charges against him, saying the are false.
The Supreme Court had last year transferred the trial of Sohrabuddin Sheikh killing case to Maharashtra from Gujarat as CBI said witnesses were being intimidated and the trial could not be held in a free and fair manner in Gujarat.
