Chief Minister Hemant Soren released the common minimum programme (CMP) that will give the JMM-Congress alliance a blueprint to work.
Soren said the CMP is based on 13 points and the focus of the government will be on social welfare schemes.
Welfare of women and children, education, health, security are on the top priority in the CMP, he said.
