People across Karnataka mourned the death of IAS officer DK Ravi by staging a protest.

However, a heart-wrenching scene was witnessed by those present to pay last obeisance at his funeral. Along with Ravi’s wife, his loyal dog also paid tribute to his loyal master.

An officer of 2009 batch, the 36-year-old officer was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Bengaluru. Preliminary investigations suggested that DK Ravi committed suicide at his official residence in Bengaluru's Koramangala area.

On Wednesday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also paid homage to IAS officer DK Ravi and pledged to continue his fight against corruption.

Heart felt condolences 2 his family. “Let’s pledge to continue his fight against corruption,” he tweeted.
