BTech Graduates Of International Institute Of Information Technology (IIIT-Hyderabad) Have Received Salary Offers Ranging Between Rs 14 Lakhs And Rs 18.8 Lakhs Per Annum By 116 Companies, The Institute Informed During Its 16th Convocation Ceremony.
BTech graduates of India Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Hyderabad) have received salary offers ranging between Rs 14 lakhs and Rs 18.8 lakhs per annum by 116 companies, the institute informed during its 16th convocation ceremony.
IIIT-Hyderabad on Saturday held its 16th convocation ceremony where 473 students graduated.
Out of the 473 graduates 84 were research students, 16 PhD students, 134 under graduates, 231 postgraduates and 108 MSIT( Master of Science in Information Technology) programme students.
GV Prasad, CEO Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, was the chief guest of the ceremony.
The IT students of the college have been offered package between Rs 14 lakhs and Rs 17 lakhs per annum, informed college officials.
According to the official communique of the institute around 116 companies were registered for conducting placements and cent percent students have secured jobs.
The institute said, “IIIT-Hyderabad has yet again secured 100 percent placement.”
“Graduates from the masters program in IT have received job offers from leading companies with average salaries ranging between Rs 14 lakh and Rs 17 lakhs per annum,” the institute said.
According to the IIIT-Hyderabad, BTech graduates of the institute have received offers with salaries between Rs 13.4 Lakhs and Rs 18.8 lakhs per annum.
