Days after, a woman slipped under the train in Mumbai's Borivali station, a male on Saturday was killed after he went inder 1 feet gap between train and platform.
The incident occurred when an elederly man was trying to board a train, however he missed the journey after he went beneath the moving train.
Notably, this is the second incident of fall from the crowded local trains in a week.
In an earlier incident, a woman was killed as she went under 1 feet gap between train and platform in Mumbai. The CCTV captured the freak accident .
The 55-year-old woman, was later identified as Kirandevi Kothari who was trying get off a moving Vadodara Express along with some relatives.
Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu had ordered formation of a committee to suggest steps to stop such incidents.
