Yashwant Sinha says India has lost people of Kashmir valley emotionally
Having Hammered The Central Government On India’s Current Economic Condition, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Veteran Leader Yashwant Sinha On Sunday Hammered The Narendra Modi-led Government On Kashmir Situation Saying, “India Has Lost People Of The Valley Emotionally.'
Already pulled up the Central government on current economic condition, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) veteran leader Yashwant Sinha lambasted the Narendra Modi-led government on Kashmir situation saying, “India has lost people of the valley emotionally.”
Sinha in an interview to ‘The Wire’ said, “I am looking at the alienation of the masses of people in Jammu and Kashmir.”
He added, “Something which bothers me the most. We have lost the people emotionally.”
The former union minister also stated that one has to visit to the valley to realise that they have lost faith is us.

The BJP veteran also leads Concerned Citizens Group, a civil society organisation, which visits the valley to interact with various stakeholders to explore the possibilities of finding everlasting solution to the decades old problem.
Sinha in the interview also said that he had sought an appointment with Modi to discuss the pertaining issues in the valley 10 months ago but felt hurt as it did not materialise.
The former union minister said, “I am absolutely hurt. That you ask for time and ten months has gone by.”
He added, “Let me tell you ever since I have been in public life, no prime minister of India strting from Rajiv Gandhi had ever said no to a meeting I have said.”

Let me tell you, ever since I have been in public life, no prime minister of India, starting with Rajiv Gandhi, has ever said no to a meeting I have sought… no prime minister has said to Yashwant Sinha, “I don’t have time for you.”
