Intelligence Bureau of India on Sunday hinted that Indian Mujahideen can be behind the 8 blasts in Patna. The blast claimed five lives and left more than 50 injured ahead of Bhartiya Janta Party’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi rally."Initial investigation has suggested the involvement of the Indian Mujahideen in the serial blasts in Patna. The modus operandi and low intensity bomb blasts are similar to IM’s style,” an IB official told agency.The official also mentioned that the arrested suspect has alleged involvement of Indian Mujahideen. But, the clear picture will come after police will arrest three-four more suspects.The Patna police has sounded high alert across the city.After initial lookout, four more live bombs were found lying at different places in Patna. Three bombs were successfully defused while one blasted during the diffusion and injured one security personal.NIA team is currently on the crime location and looking forward to find the links and prime reasons behind the blasts.Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also addressed a press conference in the evening and briefed about the whole incident. He ensured that police will find the culprits soon and take the strict action against them.
