Terrorists on Thursday shot dead a policeman in Bogund area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Kulgam district, reports said. Constable Shabir Ahmad was shot outside his residence at Bogund in Kulgam, a police official said. He said the cop was rushed to a local hospital but he did not survive.
The policeman was shot at from point blank range, reports said. Security forces have cordoned off the area and the search operation to nab the terrorists was on.
