Youth CEOs summit | PM Modi to industry captains: 'Think what more you can do for the poorest of the poor'
The Prime Minister Said, Every Person Wanted India To Be Free But Gandhi Ji Did Something Unique. He Made Every Person Feel He Or She Is Working For The Nation.
PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday addressed more than 200 youth CEOs and Start ups summit at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra in Delhi.
Prime Minister said they are always thinking about where the nation will reach through their work. He said every citizen must have a feeling that this country belongs to him and he has to work for the country. He said a citizen must have a feeling that he wants to add something towards growth.
The prime minister said, "Every person wanted India to be free but Gandhi ji did something unique. He made every person feel he or she is working for the nation."
Modi said that in a similar spirit as what Mahatma Gandhi did for the freedom struggle, people also need to make India's development a mass movement.
Modi said," We can solve several problems if we work together." The prime minister asked young CEOs that should think what they can do more about the poorest of the poor.
"As industry leaders, think what more you can do for the poorest of the poor," he said. Modi said that there should be no question of compromising on the quality of their product.
