Lizard found in food served to passenger on-board Poorva Express; complains to Railway Minister on Twitter
Senior Railway Officer Kishore Kumar At Mughalsarai, Said The Biggest Concern Was Passengers' Health. Before The Train Arrived Here, Doctors Inquired About Their Health And Also Prescribed Medicine. We Will Investigate And Take Strong Action, Said Mr Kumar.
In a shocking incident a lizard was in found in food served to a passenger on-board Poorva Express. This was reported by the passenger to Railway Minister on Twitter after which this incident came to limelight.
"Ordered food in Mokama and found this.I complained to the TTE, canteen manager, and tweeted it to the railway minister," said the passenger.
The incident took place near Chandauli in Uttar Pradesh. Also, after the tweet several senior officers came and medicines were given to passengers.
Soon after this, DRM Kanpur division assured to take action.
"A check-up was done in Danapur Division and he was given medicine. Action will be taken after investigation,"said Kishor Kumar, DRM Danapur Division.
Senior Railway Officer Kishore Kumar at Mughalsarai, said the biggest concern was passengers' health. "Before the train arrived here, doctors inquired about their health and also prescribed medicine. We will investigate and take strong action," said Mr Kumar.
