'Maha Shivratri' celebrated in East Godavari district
A Large Number Of Devotees Thronged The Lord Shiva Temples In The East Godavari District In Andhra Pradesh On Account Of The ‘Maha Shivaratri’ Festival.

A large number of devotees thronged the Lord Shiva temples in the East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh on account of the ‘Maha Shivaratri’ festival.Devotees in large numbers are seen at Shiva temples and special prayers including ‘Abishakams’ and ‘poojas’ are been organised since this morning.Devotees also took a holy dip in the river Godavari before visiting the Shiva temples.Meanwhile, the famous Sri Satyanarayana Swamy temple, Annavaram, made special arrangements for the ‘Maha Shivratri’ festival.
