Manipur: Twin blasts rock Imphal East; no casualties reported so far

Twin blasts rocked Imphal East, capital of Manipur on Thursday morning. Two of the blasts occurred in Mantripukhri and another near Manipur college in Imphal. As per reports, no casualties have been reported so far.
In another incident, there is also report of blast near tea garden in Assam’s Chowkidinghee in Dibrugarh district. No casualties have been reported in blast so far.
As well, Assam DGP Mukesh Sahay was quoted as saying there have been 6 low intensity blasts (in upper assam). He said that the all the blasts occurred in no man's land and no damage of any kind reported.
