Meghalaya's First Commercial Pilot Ruth West Kharkongor Congratulated India's Youngest Pilot Ayesha Aziz From Kasmir.
Meghalaya's first commercial pilot Ruth West Kharkongor has congratulated Kashmir’s Ayesha Aziz after she received her commercial pilot license.
Ruth, who received a Private Pilot License on May 14, 2016, from Sunrise Flying Academy, Florida, USA has said that women's achievement can help inspire youngsters from remote corners of the country to dream big.
According to a report by newsmen, Ruth said t; “I congratulate Aziz for her feat. Her achievement will surely inspire a lot other young women from remote corners of the country to dare dream big and fly,” Ruth, who is a commercial pilot license holder in the USA.
“I am happy that we as young women hailing from remote corners of the country are able to do this. I hope to meet and probably fly with Aziz later on in life,” she said.
Ruth has done her schooling from Pine Mount School, Shillong and her higher secondary at St Joseph School Chennai.
