Villagers blocked the Delhi-Pauri Highway to protest the rape of two minor cousins by a man in Miranpur town of the district.Demanding strict action against the accused, the locals blocked the road last evening, police said today.Two cousin sisters - a two-year-old and a three-year-old were yesterday raped allegedly by Bhawer Singh under the influence of alcohol at Miranpur town.When the minors returned home, they narrated their ordeal to the family members following which a complaint was filed with the police, they said.The accused has been arrested. The victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital, they said.
