A 57-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a building in CGO Complex on Monday, police said. The deceased was identified as Pramod Kumar.
He jumped from the sixth floor of Block no-16 of Paryavaran Bhawan located at CGO complex at around 3.45 pm on Monday, said a senior police officer. Kumar was taken to AIIMS Trauma Centre where he was declared brought dead, said the officer.
Kumar was working as a driver with Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), police said. In a suicide note left behind, he said nobody is to be blamed for his death, said the officer. He is survived by his wife and two children.
