A Special CBI court on Thursday found Maninder Singh Pandher and Surender Koli guilty in connection with Nithari killings.
This was the ninth case against the accused where the court found them guilty under sections of 302, 376 and 364.
In the month of July, the CBI court had convicted businessman Moninder Singh Pandher and his domestic help Surinder Koli in one of the cases of the sensational Nithari killings. Judge Pawan Kumar Tiwari had said the sentence would be pronounced on July 24 The case relates to the killing of Pinki Sarkar (20) Pandher and Koli were held guilty of kidnapping, rape and murder in the case Police had discovered 19 skeletons from Pandher's house in Nithari in Noida on December 29, 2006.
