Patiala House Court on Saturday issued notice to Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and 5 others in the Natioal Herald case.
All of them have been asked to file their response on Swamy's application within two weeks.
The next hearing will take place on October 4. Senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy had filed a private complaint in a local court on the Associated Journals issue.
Swamy also wrote to Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu, saying that properties allotted to AJL here for alleged violation of allotment conditions should be taken over.
In the case filed by Swamy, names of Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, party leaders Motilal Vora, Oscar Fernandes, Suman Dubey, Sam Pitroda and Young Indian Pvt Ltd (YI) are there as accused. However, all the accused named in complaint have denied allegations levelled against them.
