Rural Development minster of Jammu and Kashmir, Abdul Haq Khan on Monday lashed out at National Conference and Congress blaming them for mis governance in state during past decades due to which, he claimed, people had lost their trust in democracy.
“The NC and Congress is to be blamed for corruption, misgovernance and political mess in the state due to which there is loss of trust in democracy among the people of the valley,” Khan, a senior PDP leader, said on Monday.
Flanked by Minister Basharat Bukhari, he castigated political rivals, NC-Congress combine for eroding of trust and faith of people in democracy.
Addressing bye-election campaign rallies in Budgam district, they said the National Conference has nothing to show to the public to seek votes and were therefore resorting to name calling and rhetoric.
They said the PDP has changed the dynamics of the state by starting a massive development projects since 2002 and continued with same from 2014.
