Petrol price hiked by Rs 1.23 per litre, diesel by Rs 0.89 per litre
The Price Of Petrol Is Being Increased By Rs 1.23 Per Litre And That Of Diesel By Rs 0.89 Per Litr, Both Excluding State Levies, Indian Oil Corp (IOC) Said On Wednesday.
The petrol and diesel prices have been hiked by Rs 1.23 per litre and Rs 0.89 per litr, respectively from the midnight.
The price of petrol is being increased by Rs 1.23 per litre and that of diesel by Rs 0.89 per litr, both excluding state levies, Indian Oil Corp (IOC) said on Wednesday.
Now, the petrol will cost Delhiites 66.76 Rs/Ltr which was earlier Rs 65.53 per litre. Diesel, on the other hand will cost them Rs 55.88 per litre.

Earlier, the prices of petrol and diesel were decreased by Rs 2.16 per litre and Rs 2.10 per litre.
The current level of international product prices of Petrol & Diesel and INR-USD exchange rate warrant increase in selling price of Petrol and Diesel, the impact of which is being passed on to the consumers with this price revision.
