PM Modi inaugurates Harni airport terminal, announces country's first railway university in Vadodara
Speaking At The Event, Modi Said He Is Happy That Airports In Kochi And Vadodara Have Become Part Of The Green Movement.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the terminal building at Harni airport in Vadodara on Saturday.
Speaking at the event, Modi said he is happy that airports in Kochi and Vadodara have become part of the green movement.
Modi said that the government has also decided to open country's first railway university in the city.
Later in the day, Modi attended a programme to distribute artificial limbs and other equipment to 'Divyangs' (differently-abled persons) in the city.

"In every infrastructure we create, we have to be conscious about the requirements of our Divyang sisters and brothers. Distributing equipment is a very small part of the programme. Larger aspect is our duty to care for them," Modi said during the event.
