PM Modi preaches discipline to BJP MP from Uttar Pradesh, asks them focus on good governance

Prime Minister Narendra Modi asked BJP Parliamentarians from Uttar Pradesh on Thursday to maintain discipline at all levels. Modi met party MPs from Uttar Pradesh over breakfast where he exhorted them to work towards development of the state.

This is the prime minister’s first such meeting with lawmakers from UP which the BJP won this month with a thumping mandate.

The PM asked MPs not to discriminate between constituencies represented by parties other than BJP in development-related matters.
