Rahul Gandhi shares breathtaking Mansarovar lake picture with a caption for Modi
Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday shared a breathtaking picture of Mansarovar lake during his Kailash Yatra and wrote a caption that apparently targets the Narendra Modi government – “There is no hatred here”.
“The waters of lake Mansarovar are so gentle, tranquil and calm. They give everything and lose nothing. Anyone can drink from them. There is no hatred here. This is why we worship these waters in India,” Gandhi wrote on Twitter along with the picture.
The Congress president, in a series of tweets, expressed his happiness over the visit and said that a man goes to Kailash when it calls him.

However, back home, things have not changed and Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Amit Malviya found something objectionable in this as well. The head of BJP’s IT cell expressed his outrage over a word in Gandhi’s tweet.
The Gandhi scion, who embarked on a 12-day journey to the holy Kailash Mansarovar on August 31, is likely to cover 60-kilometre distance on foot. He had decided to go on the pilgrimage after surviving a near plane crash during Karnataka assembly elections.
