Sickle-wielding man creates menace in Tamil Nadu court, sits in Magistrate’s chair
In a shocking security lapse, a 24-year-old man, wielding a sickle and shouting slogans, created a flutter in a Tamil Nadu court and sat in the chair of the Magistrate, police said on Tuesday.
The incident took place on Monday when the man, identified as Munsamy, entered a temple and allegedly threatened people there by brandishing the sickle.

Later, the man entered the court premises and chased some people, which created menace. He then entered the chamber of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, sat on his chair and shouted slogans.
After receiving the information about the rowdy, police rushed to the spot and arrested him for rowdyism. Hours later, he was granted bail. The police said the man was psychologically affected.
