IMD sources on Monday said that a slight intensity earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale on Monday hit Manipur
The earthquake hit the state at 4.05 am. The epicentre of the quake was located at latitude 24.7 degree north and longitude 93.9 degree east, the sources said.
The police said there was no report of any loss of life or damage to property.
