Sukhoi Aircraft Performs Vertical Charlie Manoeuvre In Salute To IAF Chief RKS Bhadauria
The IAF Said That The Vintage Aircraft, Modern Transport Aircraft And Frontline Fighter Aircraft Will Be Part Of The Flypast On Air Force Day Parade.
A Sukhoi-30MKI fighter aircraft on Sunday carried out a high-speed manoeuvre "vertical Charlie" in a salute to Indian Air Force Chief RKS Bhadauria during the full-dress rehearsal at Hindon Air Base in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad ahead of the Air Force Day on October 8.
"As the Indian Air Force prepares to celebrate the 87th anniversary of its birth, the Air-warriors of IAF are getting ready for the ceremonial parade as part of celebrations at Air Force Station Hindan. Come & witness the grand Parade. Two days to GO!!!" the IAF tweeted on its official handle.
The IAF said that the vintage aircraft, modern transport aircraft and frontline fighter aircraft will be part of the flypast.
"The flypast would include the vintage aircraft, modern transport aircraft and frontline fighter aircraft of IAF. The ceremony will conclude with a scintillating aerobatic display by Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team (SKAT) & Sarang Helicopter Display team," the IAF said.
