Supreme Court Bar Association to meet over allegations against CJI, address press

Just Creating Doubts In The Minds Of People Will Not Serve The Interest Of The Judiciary. This Was Not Properly Planned. They Didn't Say Anything About Justice Loya.'
The Supreme Court Bar Association would be holding a meeting on Saturday over the allegations made by four SC judges - Justices Jasti Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, Madan Lokur, and Kurian Joseph against Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra at an ‘unprecedented’ press conference on Friday. The Association would also address the press.Vikas Singh, Supreme Court Bar Association President said, “If they had to come for a PC then they should have said something substantial. Just creating doubts in the minds of people will not serve the interest of the judiciary. This was not properly planned. They didn't say anything about justice Loya.â€The four senior judges had levelled very serious charges against the CJI.Meanwhile, adding to yesterday’s developments, Principal Secretary to the PM, Nripendra Misra was seen outside the residence of Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra in Delhi.
