Continuing with his tirade against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said taking selfies with US President Barack Obama will not help solve India's problems.
Speaking at a rally here during his ongoing 'Kisan Yatra' in the poll-bound Uttar Pradesh, he alleged Modi "wants to instigate fight among his own countryman", while the Congress party works for uniting people.
The Congress vice-president claimed instead of giving money to poor, the Prime Minister "wrote off debt of more than Rs 1 Lakh crore of 15 businessmen". He assured the audience if voted to power, Congress will reduce farmers' electricity bills to half and write off their debts.
