Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav allegedly criticised his superior and Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar of being “opportunistic.” He also blamed Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi for his “non-serious” attitude in politics.
His reaction comes on the close heels of Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar’s decision to support NDA’s pick Ram Nath Kovind for the Presidential poll.
As per media reports, Tejashwi allegedly said,"With our opportunistic behavior or political manipulations we may score a few goals, make or break governments but history unlike the television anchors shall bear witness to the fact that when people needed us to strengthen the cause of progressive and people-centered politics, we decided to look the other way."
