Terror funding case: Delhi Court dismisses bail application of separatist Shabir Shah

A Delhi court on Tuesday dismissed a bail application of separatist Shabir Shah in connection with terror funding case.
On Sunday, Shah’s close aide Aslam Wani was arrested from Srinagar on by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the case.
The ED had recently got a non-bailable warrant (NBW) issued against him by a Delhi court.
Earlier, Shabir Shah had alleged that the action against him is a political vendetta. On this, the counsel of Enforcement Directorate (ED) had said the separatist leader is ruining the country.
