Trains on Delhi Metro’s blue line running late due to disruption of services at Rajiv Chowk Metro station after a technical glitch on Saturday. Trains are running almost an hour and a half late on the blue line.
The technical glitch on a Metro line was reported second time in a week’s time.
Earlier on Friday, during the rush hour, Delhi Metro services on violet line were not working due to a technical glitch.
The Metro services has not not improved even after hefty increase in the fares recently.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) increased fares as a part of an implementation of the second phase of fare hike.
Earlier, the base fare was increased from Rs 8 to Rs 10 and the upper limit was increased from Rs 30 to Rs 50.
