Troll PM Of Terroristan: Prasar Bharati's 'Tribute' To Pakistan's Imran Khan Niazi
Khan Delivered His Maiden Speech At The 74th UN General Debate On Friday And In His Almost 50-minute Address, Devoted Half Of His Time To India And Kashmir, Drumming Up Hysteria Over Nuclear War.
The troll prime minister of terroristan gets a fitting reply, said India's public broadcaster Prasar Bharati, in an apparent dig at Pakistan PM Imran Khan, hours after India shot him back over his "hate speech" at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session on Friday.
Taking to its official Twitter handle, Prasar Bharati News Service wrote, "The Troll Prime Minister of Terroristan gets a fitting reply," along with a link to the first Secretary of External Affairs Ministry Vidisha Maitra's address at UNGA, in India's right to reply to Khan this morning.
Exercising India's right to reply to Khan's rant at the UN General Assembly, Maitra said Indian's citizens do not need anyone else to speak on their behalf and "least of all those who have built an industry of terrorism from the ideology of hate".
Khan delivered his maiden speech at the 74th UN General Debate on Friday and in his almost 50-minute address, devoted half of his time to India and Kashmir, drumming up hysteria over nuclear war. In a strong rebuttal, India fielded its newest diplomat at its mission at the UN to fend off the allegations made by the cricketer-turned-politician.

Khan's virulent reaction came on the heels of heightened tensions between India and Pakistan following the Narendra Modi government's decision to abrogate Article 370 of the Constitution, stripping the special status to Jammu and Kashmir and bifurcating the state into two Union Territories - Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
India's decision to lift the special status of Jammu and Kashmir evoked strong reactions from Pakistan, which downgraded diplomatic ties and expelled the Indian ambassador to Islamabad. It has also made several failed attempts to internationalise the matter while New Delhi has so far maintained that the matter was "internal" to India.
