Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has stoked a fresh controversy by saying that Muslims deliver more children as they don't have employment.
During an election rally, Khan further said that Hindus don't deliver more kids as they have employment opportunities.
Khan's remark came weeks after BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj issued a statement that "Hindus are not responsible for country's growing population. Those who talk about four wives and 40 children are responsible.”
