BJP on Thursday released list of candidates for Assembly polls in Punjab and Goa. Union Health Minister JP Nadda released BJP's first list of candidates for upcoming assembly polls.
It released the list of 17 candidates for Punjab polls and 29 candidates for polls in Goa. Party's crucial Central Election Committee had met on Wednesday to finalise party candidates for Punjab and Goa assembly elections which was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP president Amit Shah.

The CEC is likely to meet again on January 15 to name candidates for crucial UP polls. Assembly elections in the politically-crucial Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur will be held between February 4 and March 8.
