Congress Leader And Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh On Tuesday Reiterated His Doubts Over The Validity Of The Bhopal Prison Break And Subsequent Encounter Of 8 SIMI Terrorists.
Congress leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh on Tuesday reiterated his doubts over the validity of the Bhopal prison break and subsequent encounter of 8 SIMI terrorists. “NIA must conduct probe, Court should monitor it. Also why only Muslims break out of jail and not Hindus, what is the problem, must also be probed,” Digvijay Singh told media in Bhopal on Tuesday. Hitting back at the Congress leader, MP Home Minister Bhupendra Singh said that opposition is elective in their criticism, “Whenever terrorists are killed in an encounter, there are a few people in our country who raise doubts especially Congressmen,” he said.

NIA will only investigate their connections.”Supporting BJP led government’s claim in MP, Minister of State Home Kiren Rijiju said, “We should stop this habit of raising doubt, questioning the authorities and police, facts will come out.”Meanwhile, MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan paid his respects during the last rites of Ramashankar Yadav, Head Constable who was killed during the Bhopal prison break. Chouhan also announced that state will give Rs 10 lakh compensation to his family, 5 lakh for his daughter's marriage and colony will be renamed in his name.
