A 30-year-old woman was allegedly beaten up after being branded as a witch in Dungarpur district, said police.
The incident took place on December 28 when the woman along with her husband was thrashed by four men who accused her of practising witchcraft, SHO Bhanu Pratap Sing said.
The FIR was registered on Tuesday through a court-compliant (Istgasa), he said, adding no arrest has been made so far.
