Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's three-day Art of Living event – World Culture Festival – which has been the centre of controversy due to environmental concerns for its venue being the banks of Yamuna river in Delhi, is all set to be held on Friday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event around 5 PM. The AOL had sought 3 weeks’ time to arrange the money.
