At least 11 people were killed by gunmen at a bar in north Brazil on Sunday. The shooting took place in the city of Belem, the public safety department of northern Para state said. Five women and six men, including the owner, were fatally wounded, local media reported. In the incident one gunman was injured and is reportedly in Police custody. The bar, known as Wanda’s, was a well-known drug-dealing hangout, police told the Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo. Seven men carried out the shooting after arriving on a motorcycle and in three cars, news website G1 quoted police as saying. They fled after the attack.
