California Shooting: Multiple People Shot, 4 Killed While Watching Football In Fresno, Reports US Media
At Least Four People Were Killed When Two Gunmen People Snuck Into The Backyard Of A Home And Open Firing In Fresno, California .
Several people were shot with at least four deaths at a family and friend gathering in California's Fresno on Sunday. According US media reports, the shooting took place while the victims were watching a football game. No suspect is in custody yet. Fresno Police Deputy Chief Michael Reid told local media that a total of 10 people were shot, with three people being found dead in the backyard. A fourth victim died at the hospital.
Others were taken to Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition, and some are in critical but stable condition, the TV stations reported.
"Police were called to the scene after at least two people snuck into the backyard of a home in Fresno, around 200 miles (320 kilometers) north of Los Angeles, and opened fire. What we found were several individuals deceased in the backyard," said Fresno police spokesman Bill Dooley.
"What we do know is that this was a gathering, a family and friend gathering in the backyard," Dooley said. "Everyone was watching football this evening when unknown suspects approached the residence, snuck into the backyard and opened fire."
